I couldn’t stop laughing when is saw this headline. We hve
unsatbe electricity, drainage issues, security issues, high youth unemployment,
too many people still living below the poverty line, boko haram, falling oil
prices and a sub standard healthcare system in need of reforms and the issue
the lower house of the Nigerian parliament decides to tackle is internet porn?
Their excuse is that it is corrupting the morals of
Nigerians. After discussions they still have not yet figured out how to ban
internet porn without banning the internet altogether so chances are the law is
unlikely to ever come to pass. What a waste of time and public funds.
