What The Colour Of Your Clothes Say About You.

PURPLE- This my absolute favourite colour because it’s the colour of royalty and connotes luxury, wealth and sophistication. It probably not the right colour for an interview because it’s perceived as feminine, romantic and due to its rarity in nature can appear artificial.

BROWN - This is the colour of the earth. It is solid and reliable. Light brown implies genuineness and if worn to and interview or business meeting it reflects stability and promotes communication.

BLACK – This is the colour of authority. It is popular in fashion because it has a slimming effect on people, is stylish and timeless. But too much black may make you seem unapproachable.

RED – This is the most emotionally intense and aggressive colour. It stimulates a faster heartbeat and breathing. It is also the colour of love and passion and will always get you but it can make you appear fuller than you are. It is not probably not the right colour to wear to an interview.

GRAY – This is the colour of choice to for interviews because it is not distracting for the interviewer. It represents confidence and sophistication.

YELLOW- This is cheerful, and is an attention-getter. It is the most difficult colour for the eye to perceive so it can be overpowering if overused. It enhances concentration and that’s why it’s used for legal notepads

BLUE - One of my favourite colours. It’s the colour of the sky and the ocean and the most popular colour. It projects peace and tranquillity and causes the body to produce calming chemical. Fashion consultants recommend wearing it to job interviews because it symbolises loyalty and control.

WHITE- White is another one that’s popular in fashion because it’s light, neutral and goes with any and everything. Wearing it to an interview or a business meeting projects cleanliness and simplicity.

GREEN – This is the colour of nature. It is the easiest colour on the eye and has a calming and refreshing effect. Dark green is masculine, conservative and implies wealth

Secret rendezvous with pleasure. A guide to help women play their role in the marriage bed to perfection: FINAL CHAPTER!!!!

‘All women should be their husband’s mistress as well as their wife.’ Patty Macee

Challenge; Remind your husband that you are also his lover not just wife, mother of his children, nurse, friend and confidant.

Tools needed

One hotel room, a sexually confident wife, a husband who loves her, non-alcoholic wine (so you don’t wake up with a heavy head and can still drive home in the morning), sexy lingerie, short sexy dressing belted gown or kimono that matches the lingerie, babysitter for the children if you’ve got children and an overnight bag.

Setting the scene

Pack an overnight bag for you and your husband. Then rent a hotel room for a night. Friday night is usually ideal because most people are free Saturday morning. Send your husband an invitation like you did for the striptease-lap dance. Before he knocks on the door put on your sexy lingerie and have some non-alcoholic wine in a glass ready for him.

The performance

When he arrives as you open the door greet him looking divine and with a glass of wine in your hand for him, kiss him intimately as I described in one of my previous posts. (http://junesecrets.blogspot.co.uk/2015/05/a-guide-to-help-women-play-their-role.html).  Invite him to sit on the bed and start a conversation about how his day went. Maintain eye contact as you talk taking off his shoes and massaging his feet slowly and gently as you do so. Keep an eye on his glass and ask if he wants a refill when he starts to run low. Undo his tie and shirt button and then go behind him and rub his shoulders massaging them gently. Keep the conversation going and keep your dressing gown/kimono on. When you feel he is relaxed start kissing him all over, starting from his neck and working your way down. When you get his motor running come round and stand in front of him and slowly remove the dressing gown/kimono revealing your sexy ensemble and then ask him what he would like you to do next, he’s calling all the shots tonight. If he’s anything like my husband he might say he would like to eat so prepare for this.
The bedroom is probably the only place that your husband doesn’t mind you being in the driving seat. You might think he enjoys wham bam thank you ma’am sex because he climaxes but he would much rather prefer a willing participant who desires him and melts at his touch, not one who does it out of obligation or just to get him of her back.

I hope following these exercises have given you a glimpse of how exciting your sex life can be and how much of an impact your sexual confidence has on your marriage and your personality. This is the last in the series of “A guide to helping women play their role in the marriage bed to perfection”. Remember your husband wants you to be a lamb in the kitchen but a tiger in the bedroom. Embrace your sexuality and see your marriage transform.

The "How To Make A Smoothie" Guide!!!!

So I work out regularly and try to eat healthy but I am still unable to achieve my target weight and body shape.  As a Nigerian carbs is huge part of my diet and probably the reason why I am not reaching my goal. I love my traditional foods and whilst they are delicious they are not doing my hips and favours. So I have decided to cut my carbs intake down the middle and replace them with homemade smoothies. But I don't know how t make a smoothie and I wanted variety so after some research I came up with this how to guide for anyone else like me out there. You will need a good smoothie maker or something that can blend your various ingredients. The nutribullet is a fairly new smoothie maker/juicer it is a little pricey but worth it at a starting price of £99.99.
A similar product which is not as pricey is the nutrininja. Its not as powerful as the nutribullet but it does do the job and has a reasonable starting price of £69.99. I recommended these two because unlike most juicers out there these ones pulverise the whole fruit so you get all the nutrients. Other juicers tend to just take juice out of the fruit and vegetable and discard the skin and the pulps which actually contain the most nutrients. Both products can be purchased from Argos.co.uk and if you’re in Africa you can get them via www.nuerasshoppingmall.com
 Step 1
Choose your fruit and vegetable, fresh or frozen, it doesn’t matter. At least one of each will do – banana, berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), pear, watermelon, avocado, pineapple, carrots, spinach, kale, mango, apples, papaya, celery, grapes, oranges, cucumber.
Step 2
Choose a base. This is to make the smoothie more viscous so it flows more easily. Obviously the more juice your fruit and veg contain the less base you need. So if you’re using watermelon then its best to go easy on the base. – semi skimmed milk, soy milk, almond milk, green tea, low calorie fruit juice, coconut milk or just water.
Step 3
Thicken em. This is to give your smoothie that creamy feel – greek yoghurt, low carb ice cream, coconut meat, oats, probiotic yoghurt.
Step 4
Give it a flavour boost – vanilla extract, cinnamon, honey, nutmeg, dates, figs, herbs.
Step 5
Give it a power boost. This step is optional. You can give your smoothie an extra edge by adding highly nutritious super food – protein powder, fish oil, ground flaxseed, vitamin powder, coco powder, probiotics.

How To Get Rid Of Dark Underarms.

What are the possible causes dark underarms?

·         Shaving with creams and razors can cause your underarms to darken. Try waxing or plucking instead.

·         Build-up of dead skin cells

·         Antiperspirant and deodorant usage

·         Medical condition called acanthosis nigricans which is symptom of type 2 diabetes. So get your blood sugar checked.

How to get rid of dark underarms

·         Try waxing or plucking instead of shaving.

·         Switch antiperspirant or deodorant brands or stop using antiperspirant altogether and just stick to using deodorant.

·         Simply rub a slice of lemon gently on the underarms for 10-15 minutes to naturally lighten your skin. Be  sure to moisturise afterwards. Other juices that can used to lighten the skin are tomato juice, cucumber juice, orange juice, pineapple juice, potato juice and aloe vera gel. A good recipe is combining lemon and cucumber juice with a pinch of turmeric to lighten dark spots.

·         Apply organic coconut oil regularly to your underarms to keep the skin nourished moisturised and reduce dark spots and hyperpigmentation.

·         Combine one tablespoon of raw milk plus one tablespoon of plain yogurt plus a gram of a flour. Mix thoroughly to make a paste. Spread the paste generously on the your underarms for about 15-20 minutes then rinse off. The lactic acid in the milk and yogurt will eliminate discoloration and make your skin soft and smooth.

·         Mix a tablespoon of  baking soda with a little bit of water and use it as a body scrub to remove dead skin and promote skin lightening. Mixing the baking soda with lemon juice or vinegar will also help remove dead skin and lighten the skin.

·         Sandalwood powder has been shown to have tremendous health benefits for the skin. It facilitates glowing skin, reduces pimples, controls oiliness and has antimicrobial properties. For dry skin apply a paste made with sandalwood and milk and for oily skin mix sandalwood and rose water.

·         Vitamin E oil can facilitate skin whitening. Massage the oil on the underarms to help fade dark spots. If you have vitamin E capsules just puncture it and squeeze out the contents.

Frequently Asked Questions.

Will I feel the balls when they are inserted?

You shouldn’t feel the balls when inserted properly. You might feel the vibrations of the weighted balls when you run or climb stairs,

Can I use the balls even if I am a virgin?

Only if you suffer with incontinence (i.e. involuntary release of urine). Otherwise just perform regular kegel exercises and only start using the balls after you have started having sexual intercourse as there is a risk of the hymen tearing as the balls are inserted.

How soon after childbirth can I start wearing the balls?

Whenever you feel you are ready.

Can I wear the balls during my period?

This is up to you. If you are comfortable then there is no reason you can’t. Be aware that it could get quite messy.

Can I wear them whilst pregnant?

Again this is a personal choice. I wouldn’t, but there is no reason why you can’t.

What happens when I go to urinate?

Because the muscles being worked out are the same ones that control urine flow, you might find urine flow slower as the muscles contract to hold the balls in and at the same time try to relax to release urine. To reduce this effect always urinate when you feel the urge. The longer you hold your urine for the slower it will flow and you might experience a burning sensation. If this happens, don’t panic, gently pull the balls out and the urine will flow normally then reinsert them after cleaning or store away in the pouch provided.

What happens when I cough, sneeze or laugh?

If you sneeze, cough or laugh one of the balls might pop out slightly but will not fall out. It will make you a little uncomfortable and self-aware. If this happen just go somewhere discreet and push them back in.

What should the balls look like just after being removed?

It is normal for them to be covered in some discharge. The amount will vary depending on where you are in your cycle. It generally tends to increase as you get closer to your period making it easier for the balls to slide out and thus making you have to actively contract the muscles to keep them in. The discharge should be odourless. If it has an unpleasant smell it suggests and infection such as bacterial vaginosis caused by pH imbalance in the vagina.

Can I wear the balls during sex?

Again this is a personal choice.

How long before I see results?

This depends how often you wear the balls, how long you wear them for daily and whether you do active contractions whilst wearing the balls. You should wear the balls daily for as long as comfortable and perform active contractions whilst wearing them for quicker and optimum results.

How To Use The June's Secrets Tio Balls!!!

Stand with your one leg raised or both legs apart or better still squat and then insert the balls one after the other and push them in as far as you can go comfortably.  You may need to use a water-based lubricant like KY jelly or even just water. As you insert the balls, your body will clench and hold them in place. There is very little room inside for the balls to manoeuvre so they will stay where you have put them and if they do move they will only move downwards and cannot ride up into the well protected uterus or the abdominal area.

Start off with the single ball and hold them in for about 20 - 30mins daily. If you cannot hold the balls in for up to 20mins hold them in for as long as you can and build up adding 5mins each day or week as the muscle tone increases. When you can wear it for at least 20minutes comfortably you can perform some squeeze and lift exercises by squeeze the balls whilst they are inserted. This gives the muscles more of a workout.
Once you feel like you’ve got the most out of the single ball then upgrade to the heavier duo balls. Your body will work harder to these in place.
To remove the balls pull the withdrawal string downward gently but firmly bearing down as you pull. (I.e. pushing slightly like you are trying to force a wee out)  Do not pull the duo balls apart violently or twisted against each other. You can have the balls in all day if like, putting them in after your morning shower and taking them out just before bed. The longer you wear the balls the quicker you will see results.

June’s Secrets Tio Balls, The best kept open secret in Feminine care!!

Sexual intimacy after I had children felt different, it was still enjoyable but I could not help feeling inadequate in some way. I could tell I was not as tight and firm as I was before my babies and I was worried because I did suffer with stress incontinence during all three of my pregnancies. I tried the pelvic floor/kegel exercises as advised but they did not produce any noticeable results and if I’m honest I was not consistent. I mean with work, children, husband and a home to run, my pelvic floor was pretty low on my list of priorities.
One day whilst at work as a pharmacist, a patient came in. She was French and covered in tattoos from head to toe and had a massive ear ring hole. She is what you would describe as a Goth complete with Goth hair and piercing on her upper lip and nose and black lipstick. Based on her appearance I was already prejudiced towards her, giving her the typical eew-what-a weirdo look, you know the one most of us “normal” people give people who we think are not like us. Anyway one thing led to another and we started talking, I found out that she was twenty-five and had already had ovarian cancer three times and had just finished her third round of chemotherapy which had taken away every chance she had of ever having children. She was actually an amazing person, a survivor and most importantly she didn’t judge me like I, did her (yes yes! Hanging my head in shame).  Anyway that afternoon my French friend shared a secret with me that revolutionized my life and my marriage. She shared with me the best kept open secret about, what I choose to call, June’s Secrets Tio Balls (JSTB).

There are a group of muscles, ligaments and extremely solid membranes that form a floor which supports the vagina, bladder and rectum called the pelvic floor or kegel muscles. They are the muscles you contract when you stop urination midway. They tend to weaken due to age, in both men and women, and pregnancy regardless of the mode of delivery. These are the muscles that the JSTB works out.
Their origin is not known because they are found in many different cultures in different parts of the world, have a variety of uses and several different names including kegel balls, ben wa balls, pelvic balls and geisha balls. They are recommended by gynecologists and obstetricians all over the world and have recently been included in the formulary of the British National Health Service.
The JSTB comprises of 3 sets of balls, a single ball and a duo ball. The single ball is 140mm in total length and 34mm in circumference and the duo is 2.7mm in total length and 30mm in circumference. They are made from silicone and contain free roaming weights inside.
The logic behind their use is this: whenever the vaginal wall encounters a foreign object the muscles
automatically contract to hold it in place. This is called passive contraction. So when the JSTB are inserted the muscles contract to hold it in place and each time the weighted balls bounce around hitting the walls of the vagina through the balls this tricks the muscles into believing the balls are about to fall out and they contract even more. This contraction tones the muscles making them firmer and increasing the tone of the pelvic floor muscles which ultimately leads to

·         Improved bladder control resulting in elimination of incontinence, stress or otherwise now and later on in life.

·         A tighter and firmer vaginal wall

·         Significantly reduced risk of uterus prolapse in old age. This is when the uterus (womb) collapses into the pelvic area.

·         Easier childbirth and quicker and easier restoration of muscles post-delivery.

I decided to try the kegel balls. I didn’t give my husband
any details about my experiment just that I was
performing one because I wanted to see if he
would notice any difference. I started using
them as soon as they arrived, wore them daily
giving them a squeeze whenever I remembered I was wearing them. After 3 months of wearing them consistently the result was very shocking. It not only got rid of my stress incontinent but it made me tighter and firmer, so much so that my husband noticed, he actually thought he had gotten bigger, typical man.
Whilst there are many different brands of kegel balls out there they are not all the same quality and
most are marketed as a sex toy ( not sure how it serves that purpose but hey I'm not one to judge).
JSTB is marketed as an exercise tool and thus supplies the supporting information to help the
wearer achieve maximum benefit.

Warning!!!!!! I did find a side effect to using the balls though. As the muscles in the vaginal wall becomes more toned, that area becomes more sensitive and this will make you more responsive to penetrative sex and make you achieve orgasms quicker, more easily and more intensely.  So you will find sexual intercourse more enjoyable and satisfying than you normally would, you can now stop faking it. You're welcome.

JSTB are available in Europe on Nueras Africa Marketplace at http://www.nuerasamp.com/shop/junes-secrets-tio-balls/, in Nigeria on Jumia at http://www.jumia.com.ng/junes-secrets-tio-balls-296194.html ,  via JSTB rep Laura on 00234 8179341839 or BBM PIN 531DEE59 / 5C2687A8.

Let me know how you get on with it. For more information visit the JSTB Tio balls section on this blog.
