Foods To Help Rev Up Your Sex Life!!!!




·         Chilli peppers – They contain a chemical called capsaicin, which increases circulation and gets blood pumping to and stimulating the nerve endings that contribute to arousal.

·         Banana – Not only are they are loaded with potassium, magnesium and B vitamins, which help in sex hormone production but they are also rich in an alkaline compound called butotenine, which has been shown to improve mood and self-confidence.

·         Chocolate – The cocoa in chocolate contains the stimulant phenylethylamine, which promotes just the sort of feeling of wellbeing and excitement that makes sex seem like a great idea.
