A guide to help women play their role in the marriage bed to perfection: PART FOUR X-RATED

Hello very pleased to meet you.......... Now that we have done a spring clean of our hearts and have freed ourselves I would like to get you acquainted with a part of your body you might have heard of but have never actually formally met, that is until now. Your Gräfenberg Spot aka your G-spot. There is a debate still going on about its existence, but you can judge for yourself after this exercise. The G-spot is described as an erogenous zone which when stimulated can lead to sexual arousal, powerful orgasm and female ejaculation. To locate your G-Spot, lie on your back and ask your husband to insert his middle finger(s) with his palm facing up. You might find it more comfortable if you empty your bladder before you begin and make sure you are relaxed. With his finger(s) in he should continuously make the ‘come here’ gesture i.e. bending his finger(s) to form a hook. As he continues to rub you this way he might feel your muscles contract and try to push his finger out but he mustn’t stop until you tell him to, this is your show and you are calling the shots.

For some women a rush of fluid and an intense wave of pleasure will follow. The rush of fluid is called female ejaculation and the amount of fluid will vary from woman to woman. For some it will be a little amount for others it will be a lot more and they will feel like they have wet the bed, so have a cloth under your bottom until you find out how your body will react. The fluid is usually colourless and odourless. The intense wave of pleasure is what is called an orgasm, and for some women this may be all they experience i.e. without the fluid rush.

Now you don’t have to stop just because you have experienced an orgasm. Fortunately for us, we have a much shorter refractory period than men and are capable of experiencing these intense waves of earthmoving pleasure over and over again. An author once said comparing the male and female orgasm –“who would want a shotgun when you can have a semiautomatic?” So you can keep going for as long as you want to.

Some women will orgasm from the G-spot stimulation; some may just enjoy it but not orgasm whilst a small number might even find it uncomfortable. You will not know how your body will react until you try, you just might be pleasantly surprised.

Your other erogenous zones include your nipples, navel, lips, lower back, behind the knees and the back of the neck.
Look out for part five next week
