So
theres been a lot of talk about avocado. Some are evn calling it a super food
and after doing some research I am inclined to agree. Below are some of the
health benefits of avocado:

nutrients and enzymes contained in it can help redude inflammation in the stomach
and the lining of the small intestine.

called betasitosterol in avocado has been found effective in lowering bad
cholesterol (LDL) and increasing good cholesterol (HDL).

and folic acid which help regulate the homocysteine levels and thus lowering
the risk of heart disease.

regualr comsumption of avocado could reduces the risk of prostate cancer and
