Carrot
cut into batons or discs or readymade carrot batons or discs

Olive
oil
· Salt to taste (optional)

Steps
1.
Peel
the carrots, if not using readymade batons or discs
2.
Sprinkle
olive oil and salt on peeled carrot batons and mix thoroughly
3.
Put
in oven at 350 degrees and bake for 12 minutes
4.
Cool
and enjoy
